We upgraded from a cheap second-hand machine to YuGong. The difference is huge. The inverter control allows for smooth starting, which protects the gearbox. For a small quarry like ours, this machine provides the reliability we need without the premium price tag of European brands.

Shipping to Lima was smooth. When we unpacked the machine, one of the rubber flywheels had a crack due to transit (maybe rough handling by the sea freight). I contacted YuGong, and they sent a replacement part immediately without asking too many questions. Good after-sales attitude.

We are quarrying white marble in Carrara. The cutting speed of YuGong's wire saw is very stable, averaging about 18-20 m² per hour. One set of diamond beads lasted us nearly 35 hours of cutting, which is better than the local brand we used before. Very cost-effective.

The summer temperature here reaches 45°C, and many machines overheat. We have been running this diamond wire saw for 8 hours straight, and the motor temperature stayed within a safe range thanks to the large radiator fan. No power loss during operation.
